I have been working with a UR5e that was used elsewhere in the business but noticed today, while talking about I/O requirements there are three connectors missing:
Do I need to get in touch with our UR representative for replacements or can they be sourced elsewhere in the UK?
I have not come across them anywhere else. So I would advise you to contact a UR distributor in the UK. 
They’re for sale as a set directly from UR with parts number 104007.

It’s very standard. Look for a 3.5 mm pitch. For example, at Farnell: https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/2995436.pdf
