Simulate sensor error

Hello,

I am working on a project where i need to simulate and add some errors in the joints internal sensors or actuators. I really looked for technical details of how sensors and actuators of the joint work but i didn’t find anything.
Can you please provide me a document or technical details of those components of the robot UR10?

I am working with ROS and Matlab, does someone please have an idea of how can we add the output of a sensor joint ? or the output of an actuator joint ?
