the robot sporadically presented this fault. It restarted and continued without problems, this fault reappeared but it is already very recurring and we cannot continue working because it stops during the process. we review connections to the plc and everything is fine, it was updated to the version of polyscope, and the error continues. any advise.??

2- conduct a complete reboot sequence

I am having the same problem before it would occour once in a while now it is occouring too many times.

I am fairly sure it’s a hardware related issue. You most likely have to replace the TP.

You should contact your local distributor for further assistance in the case.
