is there a recommendation for life span estimation based on the manufacturer’s specification of ‘minimum rated lifetime of 35,000 hours running with full payload and maximum speed’, taking into account a special cyclic load caused by the respective process?

It depends upon the application and Programming. Major thing is need to avoid the Protective stops and errors to increase the life of the Cobot.
