ProfiNet update cycle time

Can somebody tell me the cycle time in which the ProfiNet / general registers are updated?
We have configured two general input boolen register to stop and pause the program execution.
When our PLC toggled the two ProfiNet signals (Pause and Stop) in a 10ms Task, the robot didn’t recognise the Stop signal. When we Pause the program in one cycle and in the next cycle we Stop, then it worked. I think i is a timing Problem…
