No connection to ur controller

For some reason I have a robot that will not open my program and i get a message about no connection to controller:

It also has a similar message in the Fieldbus Etherent/IP screen:

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have restarted it several times and it keeps coming back. I am using socket messaging and Ethernet/IP but haven’t successfully had this one set up for either yet.

It looks like either control box ran out of memory or controller process crashed. If it’s reproducible then report a bug in myUR. Make sure to attach “Support file” from log tab.
