I am going to select the Product of UR5e or UR10e, Have some asking. Is it emp/emf/DVD Burner proof. Is it auto to operate without computer command. I will use it as admin.
I guess “Is it EMP proof?” is a valid, albeit unusual question. 
The control box might be enough of a shield to protect the computer, but the plastic end caps on the joints do not appear to be hardened against EMP. Also, the pendent does not look like it would be protected but sounds like you may be running without the pendent.
Depending on what you’re doing you may be able to put the robot in a faraday cage.
