Installation file not recognised

Hello everyone,

I’ve been working for some weeks on a project and today I got a problem loading my installation file. I always program the robot with the simulation software on a virtual machine. When I’m done I connect my USB with the recent files to the robot. Now when I load a .urp file, I get the message: Not an installation file. When I try to load the installation file that’s in the folder it says the same that it is no installation file. All the waypoints defined in the script turn orange and nothing can be done.

Now I don’t get why as of today the robot does not find the installation file, because both installation and variable files are in the same folder as the .urp programs. Can anybody help me on this issue?

Is there a solution to this situation? If you want to modify the I/O name to Chinese, it needs to be done in the sim emulator. However, when pulling back the installation file, you will lose parameters such as TCP, variables, and planar features, which is also very troublesome.
