I get the error code C203A0 while remote power on without teach pendant

While i am start using remote power on without teach pendant I got this error code C203A0.Before i used to poweron robot using remote power on without using teach pendant It works properly.

Hi,
Have you looked in the service manual for suggestions ? (here they are) :
a) Check that the software version is the same or newer than the firmware on the Safety Control Board.
b) Reload the installation
c) Do a Complete rebooting sequence as per section 5.3.7

IF this does not help then I have seen this error when there was a bad TP cable (or perhaps you have not configured polyscope to initialize without a TP attached???)

Sometimes a software update will solve this problem too.

I checked that reload installation file that’s not resolving and where can I find that section 5.3.7 for rebooting sequence I can’t find in service manual and how to check firmware version on the Safety Control Board. I configured Polyscope to initialize without a TP attached.
