Handling errors and exceptions without using Pendant

I would like to recover from errors such as “Protective Stop” automatically as opposed to operating a pendant in certain situations. Is it possible to do so?

Yes, please check out the Dashboard Server, from where it is possible to poll the current status, unlock protective stops and close safety popups.

Note that having this happen automatically may pose a safety risk in case the Protective Stop is “valid”.
Please consider risks imposed when implementing this kind of functionality.
