Free Software Trial: UR Connect Free for the rest of 2024

Do you sometimes experience a program stopping working after some changes were made, but you can’t find out what was changed, and just want to revert back to the previously working version?

Have you ever experienced that the robot encountered a protective stop, and you were on the go and somehow remotely needed to assist the operator at the robot?

Are you unsure about how much you utilize your robots? How many stops does it have during a daily/weekly production? Or how many cycles it has gone through?

UR Connect has been made to address some of these challenges. Enhance productivity, minimize downtime, and manage your fleet remotely from a single tool available anywhere.

We are running a free trial of UR Connect for the rest of 2024. You only need an e-Series robot or UR20/UR30, PS 5.17 installed (or higher), and an active myUR account. No additional hardware is required.

Read more about the product here UR Connect or get started directly on myUR myUR - UR Connect - Get Started

And we are just getting started! Soon, you’ll be able to manage multiple cobots simultaneously, getting information about the health of your cobot, making changes to your program offline, and much more.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to write directly to me at mupo@universal-robots.com or at connected@universal-robots.com. Or reply to this thread here.

Sounds great @Mark_Povlsen ! Does the UR connect always require provided HW or is it possible to use e.g. Tosibox? Thanks in advance!

Hi Cobottiukko.

Great question! UR Connect is hardware agnostic. You can use any hardware you want, including Tosibox. The only requirement for UR Connect to work is for the robot to have an outbound connection on Port 443.
