Error Code C262A17, Failed to communicate with joint 0


I just received my UR5e. When I tried to boot the robot from the control pad,

I got the following error:

Robotinferface: C262A17: Communication: Failed to communicate with joint: 0

Can someone tell me what I should do to fix this? Any help is appreciated.

Solved after mounting the control box to the stand.
