Error C66A255 on UR10

Hello

We have an CB2UR10 robot (2013). While powering up, the folowing message apear :

C66A255 : Version Missmatch

It’s the same error code fond here, but we didn’t replace the controler : we only have one UR10 robot.

The battery was empty, so we replaced it. We feel that internal memory is totaly cleared.

To power up the robot again, we had to use a jumper on JPF1 (as explained in wiki NO CABLE displayed on monitor.xlsx). Since then, the error code apears when we power on the robot.

What can we do to power the robot ?

D’après le manuel de service, la version de la Masterboard ne correspond pas au fichier config file info.

Qu’est ce que vous entendez par “battery” ?
