Hi,
I’m looking for a proven solution for erecting auto-bottom cartons. I’ve searched the internet and haven’t come up with anything, but I’m not sure if I’m using the correct search terms.
The box I have is a corrugated (not paperboard) “auto-bottom” and has a “tuck top” with a “safety tab”.
Since I’m not sure if I’m using the correct terminology, here is some more information to describe by carton:
An example of a corrugated tuck top with safety tab: https://pakfactory.com/tuck-top-auto-bottom.html
The auto-bottom part just means that when you erect the box, the bottom of the box creates itself. When the carton is flat-packed, the bottom is folded up inside of the rest of the box.
I’ve seen the solution for erecting “normal” flat pack boxes (example: Flex-Line Automation | Collaborative Box Erector - YouTube).
Thanks!
Savanna
