Create an user interface with URCaps

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a project where I have to calibrate some positions and the TCP of the robot regularly. I would like to create an interface with buttons like “enable freedrive mode”, “disable freedrive mode”, “validate this position”,… I saw that it is possible to display html and css with URCaps but only in installation tab. So here is my question: Is it possible to make a buttons interface (with html and java if possible) with native functions of the UR?

Have you answered your question because I’m in the same situation

URCaps can only create interfaces in respectively Installation nodes or Program nodes.
But in either, it would be possible to add functions that could e.g. enable or disable freedrive by a button push.
However these would only be available in the “Program robot” view.
