So I am running into a strange issue. I have two CO’s that are setup to pull low when not running, one is run signal for AUX equipment the other is for a light stack. This pull low function has been working fine all last week then out of the blue this morning the CO’s want to pull low in the same spot of my program. When I turn off the “low when not running” the CO’s act as they should, minus the not being on when the program is shut down…
The only times these are switched in the program is during fault conditions, but they are shutting off at the same waypoint move for no reason. The fault conditions are check after the subroutine completes, so this means that in this subroutine during a “MoveL” they just shut off. Here is the kicker they do not do this every time as the machine cycles, but when they do it’s always during this move…
Any ideas on what could cause this?
