Hello all.
We’ve had the same UR5e for about 3 years that we routinely use. For some reason, I’m now unable to open any programs. The touch screen works for everything else. I’m even able to select the “play” button, located in a similar physical position as “open”. I’ve tried restarting the teach pendant with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like problem with touch on the screen.
Try to plug the mouse via USB and try to click on these buttons. It everything will work via mouse - then you will receive the information that you have to repair your teachpendant.

Can you do a short video of the issue happening? 
An external mouse is a good and quick test to do.
I plugged in a mouse via USB on the teach pendant with success! After doing this and making sure I could open files, I disconnected the mouse and could also open files with touch. I’m not sure what happened here, but I’m glad it now works. I greatly appreciate your input!
