Hi. One of our customers are experiencing the C100A0 error code while operation randomly.
What could this entail?
I would open a case in MyUR. Have the serial number and support file ready to supply for information. Between your distributor and UR tech support, they should be able to diagnose the log file to figure out your problem.
It’s not an error, it’s just information message that arm is powering off.
Look for errors immediately before this info message to figure out why it happens.
