Ok I have a really dumb question, how do I start a new thread?

Hi Jesse and welcome. There’s a little delay between becoming a new user and being able to post. That was put in place to keep bots from wreaking havoc. You should be able to post now with the"New Post" button on the top right corner of the screen. We’ll look into finding a more clever way to protecting the forum while not interfering with users asking questions.

I am new in the Universal Robots world I have graduated from Computer Engineering 12 years ago but I did not work in the technical field. Two years ago I went to study Industrial Robotics and Automation Control to return back to technical work again.
I have studied all the E-Series courses and CB3 courses in the e-learning platform.
I am wondering what is the career ladder in the UR field and could you give me a road map for my self-study?
