Vnc viewer doesn´t works after update to 5.24 version

Hello:

I´ve updated my e-ur3 series cobot to the latest firmware version ( 5.24 ). Afterthat i´ve installed urmagic file again. All permisions are ok, and services too. There´s no net acces restrictions. Net connection is runing. My pc and cobot are at the same net. There´s no bus active. Cobot has a Static IP. I ´m trying to connect through a switch ( Pc and ur are connected to the same switch )

Before update, I can connect with no problem.

Any idea?

VNC viewer does not connect sometimes returning 10053 error

I’ve seen this a lot of the connection to the x11vnc server isn’t terminated properly. If you’ve used that vnc install that’s on the forums, you can restart the server by logging in over ssh and running this: /etc/init.d/x11vnc stop /etc/init.d/x11vnc start For a permanent fix, x11vnc has some arguments you can use when starting the server to allow multiple connections etc. I believe -shared and -forever are applicable.

Starting and stopping it manually via the shell terminal fixed this for me last time I saw it.

A couple things you can check from each end

Robot end

SSH into the robot and check if the x11vnc process is running and that the robot is listening on port 5900 externally:
