Violation C191A24

Hello,
i am using an old UR10 with CB3 Controller with the new software version 3.15.
Some times (i think every second time) i get a violation C191A24 error, which says that the reduced output is set, while starting.
I added a picture of the error:

I have this error since a safety plane for the robot driving in reduced mode was created, but the robot and its TCP dident touched this plane while starting.
I already tried the suggestions displayed in the image, but they dident work.
