UR3e pendant/Rviz coordinates unaligned

Hello,
I’m working with a UR3e and am currently successfully controlling it using the default controllers and files. However, I notice that the coordinate system in RViz and that on the pendant are off by 180° in the z axis (IE X/Y axis have their signs flipped). I’m have also pulled the arm’s specific configuration file, passed those in, and the launch files report the checksum is correct. I’ve been struggling to locate the files/configuration used to add/remove the additional rotation so the two worlds are aligned.
I’d appreciate any pointers on how to best correct this.
