UR3e not reachable over PROFINET with TIA Portal

Hi,

I have a UR3e (software 5.25) connected over PROFINET with a Siemens PLC (no profisafe). I’ve tried everything to get a connection between both of them and it seems impossible without help. Next to the UR3e 5.25 I have another one with software 5.11 that works perfectly with the PLC when I change the cable.

In the robot with SW 5.25 I am not able to change the IP Address even when the cable is unplugged, nor I have access to Profisafe settings.

What do you suggest? Thanks a lot in advance.

On the newer versions of Polyscope, I’ve seen the Permissions tab default to all off. Older versions of Polyscope didn’t even have this tab. So check these in the settings on the pendent. I usually just turn them all on
