UR10e start shaking when moving shoulder pan joint

Hi,

We just unboxed UR10e and tried to move each joint of the robot using the Move tab. All the joints are ok except for the Shoulder Pan Joint. It keeps shaking even after we release the touch screen.

Could you please help us to debug and suggest on how to resolve the issue?

If it’s a new robot, I would immediately start a case with myUR. You as the customer should not be responsible for troubleshooting/fixing a brand new robot. UR will likely ask for the log file, and attaching a video to your case would help. Then they will likely send a tech out to replace a bad joint would be my guess. Even though its new, make sure to update Polyscope if applicable, as that will be their first suggestion anyway. Good luck!

I think you misunderstand Eric. This forum is for users and not controlled by UR themselves. :slight_smile:

Go to: myUR

And create a ticket in there. Alternatively, contact your distributor where you bought the robot. They should help you, as well.
