Does anyone know the pose accuracy of the UR10 Robot, the specification only has the pose reputability (+/- 0.1mm).

This is not something that is specified by Universal Robots anywhere. I don’t think it’s very easy to do actually with a robotic arm, since it depends on many factors.
An indirect way to get an indication of the absolute accuracy is to see what can be achieved by performing a calibration of the robot arm
All robot arms from UR are calibrated from the factory.
Only if you have a mishap or replace parts you may need a new calibration
