While working with an UR10e, I noticed I can move its joints even when outside freedrive mode. Even with it turned off, I am able to do so. Is this normal? I ask this because I had realized some motion in the UR5e was possible but on this one I can move it quite a bit.

Yes this is normal. This is actually state on the sticker that, in the event of an emergency, you can backdrive the servos even with power off. Sometimes I’ve noticed that certain joints are easier to do this on, namely the Base joint when the arm is stretched a decent amount. You just have a really high wrench force at that point so it turns a little more easily.
