Our customer’s IT Team has asked the following question regarding setting up remote connection via the VNC server. We are connecting via ethernet locally for programming off of the teach pendant.
1. Please ask Universal Robotics what logging capabilities the robots have, how robot configurations are preserved if a failure occurs, and whether data is encrypted at rest or during transit?
