I’ve got a classroom of 3e robots and the training kit with the small demo conveyor. One of the systems, the conveyor won’t move. I tested the outputs from the robot control box and they are fine. If I feel the belt, it gives the same slight resistance to moving whether or not I trigger the conveyor enable. Compare that with the rest of them, if I enable the belt (speed left at zero), I get resistance.
I need a diagram to show what the different terminals are for in the base of the conveyor. I figure since I know the power is at the control box, my next step would be checking it is getting to these terminals, but which one? There’s only about two dozen wire to choose from.
If someone knows where I can find that sort of documentation, so I could trace all the way to the motor if needed, it would help quite a bit.

Can you find a part number of any kind for the conveyer?
I went looking at found an id plate under the conveyor.
Model: 610-INT
NR:ANK001A15393
BJ: 2024/10
I hope that means something.

I googled the model number and went to images and several results showed up. I have no idea what your conveyer looks like so I can’t confirm if any of them are what you’re using. You’re going to have to do some of this research on your own. Look for similar ID plates on the individual components, like the drive, encoder, etc to try to put the pieces together. Otherwise is there no documentation for how this was purchased? Nothing listing what you actually paid for?
This was part of a training system we purchased from UR. It included the conveyor, blocks, plates for palletizing and tracing, and a box with lights and extra switches. It was part of UR school. I’ll see if the document for installing it had any other identification but it only documented how the wire harnesses tied into the robot control box.
So I’m not affiliated with UR in any way. So I have no idea what is included in “a training system.” If you’re looking for wiring diagrams for these specific parts, you NEED to know what those parts are. If you can’t find enough identifying info on the devices themselves to Google, I think your next best step would be to create a case with myUR. I would expect there to be some sort of part number though for the entire training system you purchases. A quote, purchase order, SOMETHING has got to outline what all you paid for lol. If you can find that and provide it to UR, they may be able to get you the specifics you require
