RTDE beginner setup

Hello everyone!
This is my first post and I am sorry if it doesn’t respect all the rules.
I want to use the example_control_loop.py to my UR3e robot but I don’t know how to set up the connection.
I set up an Ip for my computer and for the robot. After this, do I need to upload rtde_control_loop.urp to the teaching pendant of the robot and run example_control_loop.py from my computer? Is this enaught? Can you give me some start points or some documentation to help me in the learning process?
