Proper way to handle comma as decimal point

Change System Language makes changes the decimal seperator

Hi when I change the language to ex Danish, decimal separator turns to a comma, this makes my program throw errors since i didn’t handle it. also when looking at the ui for an input field number it show . but writes , which is counter intuitive.
