Orientation problem after wrist 3 replacement on ur5

After replacing wrist 3 on our ur5-cb3 the orientation of the base has changed by 90 degrees. I have performed calibration successfully however when beginning program execution the home position in our program is now 90 degrees off as well as all other waypoints.
We have a joint rotation boundary on only the base and on the move screen the red indicator for the boundary has also moved to indicate the same 90 degree offset.
Any ideas?
