where can i find out that how many operating hours has my UR10e (software version: 5.13)??

Could you find operating hours? I’m facing the same problem.
There’s no such thing as actual operating hours anywhere in the UR. 
You can, however, see how many hours the robot has been turned on for.
It will require you to download UR Log Viewer from the UR Download page.
Then download the Support File from the Log tab of your robot to a USB, and open that file in UR Log Viewer.
Then you can read the hours in the left side of the events.
Beware, though, that this count will reset, if the robot has been reset at any point.
