Modbus loopback immediatly closed


Working on UrSim, so not sure it’s the same with the real cobot.

The modbus server socket seems to be intentionaly closed when the client is not outside the system (using the loobpack interface) : done just after the first request reception, not just after the connection.

It’s not the case with CIP/ODVA where the Tcp socket work perfectly.

Can you confirm ? Can it be changed ?


OK done … the server is closing the connexion after 2 seconds if no activity occurs during this delay.
