Hello,
We currently have a problem with a cobot. If it stands in one position for a long time, e.g. because it is waiting until production continues, the cobot often switches off.
The window then says something like “Robot movement detected, despite stop”. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the exact message at the moment. Next time I will take a photo of this message.
What could that be? If he only has to wait for a short time for production to continue, these problems will never arise.
Hello,
What robot model and version are you using?
How is the robot connected to the production system?
Is the switching off of the robot intended or does it turn off “on its own”?
There is a “save support file” function on the log tab. This function can save all the log files on the usb drive.
Likely support ticket needs to be opened
Hello,
The robot switches itself off without any intention of doing so.
After the waiting time, the robot receives a new travel task, e.g. to place the component in the machine, and then switches off with an error message and has to be initialized again.
The robot communicates via Profinet with a PLC, which passes on driving tasks to the robot.
Thanks for the tip. I’ll try Monday.
Hi, I solved the problem with an firmware update of the cobot controler
