Is it possible to import CAD models into the universal robot simulator ver 5.82 or 5.14? If yes, how?

It really depends on what you are trying to simulate.
Generally, ROS is a very versatile System for Robotic simulation, but it can be quite hard to learn especially with no programming knowledge.
If you know Rhino and Grasshopper, the “Robots” Plugin could be an option.
