I was excited to see a talk on this topic but it looks like it never happened.
I am having a hard time finding any reliable information on this topic. Does anyone have any examples, totorials or documentations on how a UR robot can exchange data with an Arduino board?
I am thinking of getting an Ethernet shield such as the MKR ETH and see if I can run Modbus TCP code on it. But I am unclear as how communication with the robot will happen and if this is going to work.
Can anyone provide any insight on this topic?
