I am trying to connect the robot UR10 with my PLC rockwell, to see the states of robo, do you know how I can do it?

You will need to use Ethernet IP on the PLC and robot to connect the two. You can learn about this at Ethernet IP guide - 18712 - collaborative robots support
This will give you anaxample program as well as the UDT and EDS files and the IO Map.
