Definition of ProfiNet data 'Safety Mode'

Does anyone have the documentation for Safety-Mode which is sent over Profinet.

The manual for data ( https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/ur-support-site/160022/pn-iomessage.pdf ) does not state the numerical meaning of the byte.

PS: Why does one have to use Dashboard-commands?! Thats really cumbersome, when one has a fully functional PN-interface with a lot of data to/from PLC.
