I would like to confirm whether using URSim without owning a UR robot is permissible under Universal Robots’ End User License Agreement (EULA). My intended use is strictly for internal verification and testing purposes, and the software will not be used for commercial distribution, resale, or any activity beyond end-use evaluation.

Please advise if this usage scenario is fully compliant with your EULA.

There should be no issue with you using the Simulator without having purchased a robot.
