Has anyone had any success with running a Cognex camera with the Universal Robot set to DHCP? I would really appreciate any advice.
The reason I am asking is I can connect to one robot with RTDE but because of our company’s network, the robot has to be set to DHCP. I have another robot using a Cognex camera but it requires a static IP address. Corporate headquarters does not want to invest the money for additional static IP addresses unless with can show an ROI that justifies the cost.
