Hi, there’s been a lot of trouble in UR5 these days. The first time you start your wrist2 in the morning, your wrist2 joints fail to unlock. Power off and restart the system can not eliminate the error, only by removing the cap on the joint, manually press the lock switch to unlock. Don’t know what causes this problem?
Sounds like a faulty brake coil to me. I’ve seen a couple of times before.
Sadly, it’s not possible to buy the brake parts separately.
