Adressable LED strip status (WS2812B & Arduino)?

Hi,

I want to use a RGB adressable LED strip to indicate the status of a program.

Anyone know how to proceed with a WS2812B (Allready wired on an Arduino).

To begin I just want to show GREEN (Program OK)/AMBER (Action needed)/RED (Error).

What I need is to get a single signal from this 3 status, but how ?
