servoj(q, a, v, t=0.008, lookahead_time=0.1, gain=300) and written in urscript manual is “It is preferred to call this function with a new setpoint (q) in each time
step (thus the default t=0.008)”. But i could not find any information about range of t in forum and urscript manual.

The range is from the recommended step/sync time(2ms for e-series and 8ms for cb series) to minutes. But increasing the time will not let you update the target before the time is gone.
