Thank you for the effort to support the UR family in ROS. It will speed up the development of a lot of R&I projects. Do you have any plans to support ROS2 as well?

Currently, we don’t have a ROS2 release on the agenda, but we had it in mind when developing the driver. Due to this, most of the driver is encapsulated into a non-ROS-dependent part, so a ROS2 wrapper should be fairly straight forward to implement.
