There’s definitely not enough information here for anyone to help, sorry. What protocol are you using to communicate between the Delta PLC and the UR? What brand welder are you trying to use? Your general approach should be to pick a protocol (ethernetIP, profinet, MODBUS, etc) and make sure both the PLC and welder support that choice. Then find the documentation on the welder that shows which bits/bytes control the signals you’ve listed. Use the PLC to map the UR’s GP Bools and Integers to these appropriate bits/bytes on the welder.
