Teach pendant is coming up with safety b c314a7 fault and i suggests a fuse is blown or 24V power supply is faulty.
Not getting an output voltage on power ground and am using an external power supply which seems to be working correctly.
Only seems to be one replaceable fuse 10A which is fine.
What do you mean that you’re not getting a voltage on Power and Ground? Your external 24V PSU is to be connected to 24V and GND underneath PWR and GND.
PWR and GND are the outputs from the internal 24V supply. They will be turned off in case of an error in the robot.
Can you measure 24V between any 24V and 0V? 
This will indicate if your supply is working correctly.
Yeah did that turned out there was a short on the Safety PCB.
