RTDE broken in random robots

Hi, we have a UR cap that utilizes RTDE and is functioning well with our robot. However, when attempting to use it with other robots, the RTDE connection seems to be broken, and it fails to receive data from the sensors attached to the IO. We have tried updating the PolyScope version, but the result is the same. We tested multiple robots, and the issue occurs randomly; it works with some robots but not with others. Has anyone experienced the same issue? What is the procedure for resolving this? Is there any firmware I should update, or is there a script I can test?

Make sure that data is timely read from the RTDE socket to prevent buffer overflows.
Set frequency for output variables lower.
