anybody knows if COBOT monitor the main 230V and in case of undershoot/unstable power supply (spikes for example) the motor brakes are activated and/or COBOT shutdown?

It does not monitor the input voltage. 
And it does not activate the brakes if the input voltage is wrong.
The robot arm operates at 48V supplied by a 100VAC-240VAC → 48VDC internal power supply. So the controller can be supplied by AC down to 100VAC.
The controller monitors the 48V supply output however. If it’s either too low or too high, the robot will not initialize. If the voltage drops or rises above the limits while operating, the robot will shut down by itself and show an error.
