I would like to ask if your UR robot uses Modbus TCP/IP communication with the PLC. If so, could I please request the installation software file for Modbus for the UR? I am unable to find this file on the official website.

Are you asking for an installation file for the PLC?
MODBUS is “preinstalled” in the UR. Just go to Installation → Fieldbus → MODBUS.

The UR controller supports modbus/tcp client and server. There are two different articles for how to use them and configure. However, in the case of OnRobot this is not going to help. You need to make sure you are using the proper version of the OnRobot urcap because the urcap handles all the configuration of the communication. You should reach out to OnRobot for help on this or peruse their support site for info.
