in the current Starter Package:
Starter Package for SDK 1.9.0
Contains URSim 5.6.0 and 3.12.0
Based on Ubuntu 16.04 x64

the daemon could not be started via ursim (5.6.0). On a real robot its working as expected.

In Starter Package for SDK 1.8.0 with ursim URSim 5.5.1 it is working fine.

This problem is solved. There is the below issue in Starter Package 1.9.0 There is not directory “runsvdir-ursim-3.12.0.90886” in the directory “/etc/runit/”. I act “./install.sh” in directory “/home/ur/ursim/ursim-3.12.0.90886”. The directory “runsvdir-ursim-3.12.0.90886” is created in the directory “/etc/runit/”. Daemon can be started
